Has your warranty expired?
We do offer repairs on most of our equipment outside of its warranty. There is a $50 diagnostic fee. Other fees that may apply are outlined below.
If the repairs are not covered by warranty:
- Repair rates are $40/hr for any repairs not covered by warranty.
- Customer is responsible for any replacement parts needed; parts will be charged at an additional cost.
- Payment will need to be made before any repairs take place.
- Repairs can take up to 10 business days once payment is received.
We strongly suggest going through a quick phone diagnostic prior to shipping any equipment to us to avoid any unnecessary charges.
We have attached a few videos below for you to go through to help diagnose the issue prior to sending the equipment in to us.
If you are ready to send us your equipment for repairs, please take a minute to send an email to tech@goldplating.com with the following information so we will be ready for its arrival. This will help us to turnaround any repairs as quick as possible.
